El Molino de Enmedio boasts 15 charming rooms, each uniquely designed, and some even featuring a private garden. To allow guests to fully immerse themselves in nature, we have created spacious gardens with olive and fruit trees. The hotel also features an outdoor swimming pool (open from April 1st to October 31st, 2026).
